Ingredients:

2 duże filety z dorsza
świeżo zmielony czarny pieprz
świeżo zmielona morska sól
sok z 1/2 limonki (lub z cytryny)
2 jajka
kilka łyżek mąki
olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Jeśli przygotowuję rybę, staram się, aby w daniu to ona właśnie grała pierwsze skrzypce. Nie przepadam za nadmiernym panierowaniem fileta, obtaczaniem go grubą warstwą bułki i mąki. Jak wiadomo, ryba wpływa dobrze na nasz organizm i powinna być jedzona przynajmniej trzy razy w tygodniu. Jeśli jednak ją jemy, niech będzie to konkretna porcja ryby, nie zaś rybny kotlet, w którym ryba stanowi jego mikroskopijną część.

Fileta rozmrozić (jeśli używamy mrożonego) i osuszyć na ręczniku papierowym. Skropić obficie sokiem z limonki, dobrze posolić i przyprawić pieprzem. Odstawić na 10 minut. W misce roztrzepać jajka ze szczyptą soli i odrobiną wody. Filety pociąć na kawałki (jeśli są duże) i obtoczyć najpierw w mące, potem w jajku. Smażyć na patelni na dobrze rozgrzanym tłuszczu z obu stron, na złoty kolor. Podawać z ryżem i ulubioną sałatką. Smacznego!
