Grzanki ziołowe

Ingredients:

chleb - najlepiej czerstwy (pszenny lub razowy)
czosnek suszony
bazylia
oregano
oliwa lub olej
papryka słodka w proszku

Prepare instructions:

1. Kromki chleba kroimy w kosteczkę. Pokrojone kawałki chleba wrzucamy do miski partiami.
2. Każdą partię chleba skrapiamy olejem (lub oliwą), posypujemy suszonym czosnkiem, bazylią, oregano i papryką.

3. Po przełożeniu całego chleba mieszamy wszystko delikatnie w misce za pomocą drewnianej łyżki.

4. Całość przekładamy na blaszkę wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia i wstawiamy do piekarnika nagrzanego do ok. 100-150 stopni na pół godziny. W trakcie pieczenia sprawdzamy, czy grzanki równomiernie się suszą, w razie potrzeby możemy je przemieszać.

5. Po wyjęciu grzanki są gotowe do jedzenia. Można je przechowywać w domu przez kilka miesięcy. Ważne, żeby trzymać je w suchym pojemniku.

Czy takie grzanki mozna też zrobic z bułki paryskiej???Próbowała Pani kiedyś zrobić???

Nie robiłam takich grzanek na bułce, ale myślę, że z powodzeniem można je tak przyrządzić.
