Ingredients:

CIASTO: 20 dag mąki
5 dag cukru pudru
10 dag masła z lodówki
2 łyżki śmietany
MASA MIGDAŁOWA:10dag zmielonych migdałów
4 łyżki śmietany
10 dag cukru
MASA JABŁKOWA: 60dag jabłek
10 dag cukru
10 dag rodzynek
KREM:pełna szklanka śmietany
2 jajka
6 łyżek cukru
cynamon według uznania, ja wsypuję łyżeczkę

Prepare instructions:

Zagnieść (bardzo szybko) kruche ciasto z podanych składników i wylepić forme do tarty. Ja uzywam zwykłej tortownicy, należy wylepić dno i boki tortownicy na wysokość 2-2,5 cm.i upiec na jasno złoty kolor 180-200st.C.Składniki masy migdałowej wymieszać i wyłożyć na wystudzone ciasto. Jabłka drobno pokroić wymieszać z cukrem, rodzynkami i ułożyć na masie migdałowej. Całość polać śmietaną utrzepaną z jajkami, cukrem i cynamonem. Piec przez 20 minut w temperaturze około 200 st.C.

barbarko 42 możesz dokładniej napisać jak zrobić krem śmietanowy, ubić śmietanę i dodać całe jajka, czy osobno żotka i białka?

Zrobiłam to ciacho, w smaku jest bardzo dobre, tyle że 20 minut w piekarniku to stanowczo za mało na upieczenie się jabłek, były niemalże surowe, mimo że nie były aż tak grubo pokrojone. Może więc nie podpiekać wcześniej ciasta i piec około 50 minut całość.
