Ale prościutkie ciasto. Takie placki są idealne jako codzienne wypieki - smaczne, niedrogie i robią się prawie same. 
Fajnie, że widać, jaką konsystencję powinno mieć surowe ciasto.

Zapomniałam spytać - zamiast stopionego masła można użyć oleju, prawda?

Dziękuje za miłe słowa, to prawda ciasto jest bardzo proste, i uniwersalne piec można z każdymi owocami. Masło można podmienić na olej ale wtedy jest trochę cięższe, i według mnie nie zbyt puszyste.
