Rozumiem,że pokrojony biszkopt nasączony kremówką z czekoladą nie miksowac tylko wymieszać łyżką,tak samo ta finałwą masę też nie miksowac tylko wymieszac łyżką.

Można mikserem ale I część tuż po wlaniu ciężko pójdzie, mnie najlepiej miesza się początkowo łyżką a potem palcami ;D Końcowy etap lepiej łyżką. Powodzenia

Wyjdzie wyższe, jeśli upieczecie w mniejszej blaszce.
