Ingredients:

1 kostka masla
4 lyzki wody
4 lyzki kakao
4 jajka
1 1/2 szkl.cukru
1 1/2 szkl. maki
2 plaskie lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia
bakalie(moga byc ale nie musza)

Prepare instructions:

Maslo, kakao,cukier i wode zagotowac i odstawic do ostygniecia.Odlac 1/4 czesci. Do masy dodawac stopniowo make z proszkiem do pieczenia oraz po zoltku. Starannie wymieszac. Pod koniec dodawac ubite bialka oraz bakalie(ale tez moze byc bez bakali)Ciasto wylozyc do formy wysmarowanej tluszczem i posypanej bulka tarta.
Piec okolo 50 min w tem.180°
Ciasto posmarowac potem pozostala masa.

czy te proporcje są prawidłowe - murzynek suchy a ciasto po dodaniu maki i jajek ledwo utarłam mikserem - takie gęste i zbite
