Witam,mam pytanko,w jakiej formie pani piecze to ciacho :) i czy nie dodaje się proszku do pieczenia?

A można to upiec w zwykłej brytfance, bo nie za bardzo wiem o jaką formę chodzi, a przepis jest ciekawy i chętnie bym go zrobiła jak bedzie sezon na arbuzy? Jakie wymiary ma ta forma do zapiekania? Pozdrawiam
