Mam pytanie???? Co to za przyprawa ten cząber i jaki daje posmak bo jeszcze jej nie urzywałam (kojarzy mi się z baraniną ) i czy jest konieczny w tej potrawie?

Czaber to swietne ziele szczegolnie wlasnie do fasoli czy tlustych mies. Ma smak wyraznie ziolowy jakby cos z tymianku i rozmarynu ale niecalkiem. Bardzo podnosi smak roslin straczkowych Jesli masz ochote to poczytaj tutaj.

Ola, Twoje skojarzenie z baraniną było słuszne... tyle, że chodziło Ci chyba o comber (mięso z kością z części lędżwiowej).

Fasolka bardzo smaczna z tym sosem, kolorowo na talerzu, jednym słowem pycha.
