Jakiego rodzaju powinna być ta śmietanka (kremówka czy tez inna i ilu procentowa)?

Chodzi o śmietanę 30% Już dopisuję do przepisu :)

czy jak zrobię babę z połowy podanych składników,to starczy mi na jedną dużą ? nie chcę robic aż dwóch.

Na taką średnią raczej. chyba, że zrobisz po prostu z 2/3 składników :)
Bo z tej ilości co w przepisie wychodzi jedna duża a druga tak dwa razy mniejsza.
