Spokojnie, tam nie ma mąki. Ciasto jest naprawdę dobre, lekko wilgotne. U mnie w domu się nim zajadają:) JA jak pierwszy raz zobaczyłam przepis też tak zareagowałam, ale tak ma być, bez mąki. To ulubione ciasto mojej mamy z jej starego zeszytu z

Właśnie upiekłam. Skusila mnie łatwość wykonania. Mam następujące uwagi. Podany czas pieczenia stanowczo za krótki. Ja piekłam 75 minut i  stwierdzam, że jeszcze  moznaby piec dalsze 10 min. Jak na mój  gust za dużo cukru. Przy tej ilości jabłka powinny być bardzo kwaśne.
