Babka prosta i pyszna

Very easy

Ingredients:

2 szklanki mąki
0,5 szklanki mąki ziemniaczanej
6 jajek
1 szklanka cukru
1 kostka margaryny (stopić)
1 cukier waniliowy
2-3 łyżki kakao
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
cukier puder do posypania

Prepare instructions:

Jajka ubić z cukrem, aż masa podwoi objętość. Dodać oba rodzaje mąki i proszek do pieczenia, wymieszać. Nadal mieszając dodawać stopniowo margarynę (stopioną) i cukier waniliowy. 2/3 ciasta wylać do formy wysmarowanej tłuszczem, a reszte wymieszać z kakao. Ciemne ciasto wylać na jasne. Piec 50 minut w temperaturze 170 stopni. Zimne ciasto posypać cukrem pudrem.
