Dobry stary patent z tym zaparzaniem surowego ciasta przed pieczeniem. Są też takie przepisy na pączki, które dzięki zaparzeniu we wrzątku nie chłoną potem tyle tłuszczu. 
Patrząc na Twoje zdjęcie, wyobraziłam sobie jesienny podwieczorek ze świeżymi powidłami :)

Ciasto na bajgle jest zaparzane, przynajmniej na amerykańskie, nie wiem jak krakowskie czy warszawskie. Co mnie zniechęciło do zabawy z własnym wykonaniem
