a te platki nie spaliły się? ja tak robię pierś z kurczaka pokrojoną na małe kawałki i mimo, że smaży się to dużo krócej niz udka to i tak trochę za bardzo się czasami przysmaża

pychotka, nic dodac nic ujac, znam ten sposób od wielu lat i jeszcze mi się nie znudził :)

borusiu - jesli bardzo drobno pognieciesz platki zachowaja sie jak bulka tarta i wszystko ci sie uda:)

babo_przy_garach - nie musisz sie zmużdzac nad komentarzami, jesli ci nie pasuje nie musisz próbować ani komentować

Ja robię tym sposobem  małe kawaleczki piersi z kurczaka, w koszyczku jak frytki super sprawa.polecam i pozdrawiam.
