Ingredients:

Upiec biszkopt z 4 jaj.
Masa: 1 duża butelka soku marchwiowego Kubuś
2 budynie śmietankowe
1 litr śmietany 30%
3- 4 łyżki cukru
3 łyżki żelatyny
tabliczka białej czekolady
tabliczka gorzkiej czekolady

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie masy: Z butelki Kubusia odlać 1/2 szklanki soku i rozpuścić w nim budynie, resztę soku zagotować, gdy sok zacznie się gotować wlać budynie i zagotować mieszając. Na wystudzony biszkopt wylać masę budyniową lekko ciepłą, nie gorącą. Gdy przestygnie włożyć ciasto do lodówki. W tym czasie rozpuścić 3 łyżki żelatyny w 1/4 szklanki gorącej wody, mieszać, aż do całkowitego rozpuszczenia żelatyny. Śmietanę ubijać, po chwili ubijania dodać cukier i zimną żelatynę ( ale nie stężałą), jeszcze chwilę ubijać. Śmietanę wyłożyć na ciasto, posypać startą białą i gorzką czekoladą i wstawić do lodówki.
