bitki ze schabu w sosie cebulowo-paprykowym

Ingredients:

1/2kg schabu bez kości
1 duża cebula
1 duża czerwona papryka
3 większe ząbki czosnku
pieprz, sól, papryka czerwona słodka

Prepare instructions:

przygotować bitki, przyprawić je pieprzem, sola, papryką słodką, natrzeć drobno pokrojonym czosnkiem i odstawić na ok, pół godziny.
Ma mocno rozgrzaną oliwę (lub olej) wyłożyć bitki, przysmażyć z dwóch stron, poczym podlać 2 szklankami wody, zmniejszyć ogień, dusić ok 10minut.
Następnie dorzucić pokrojoną w drobne paseczki cebulę i pokrojoną w kostkę paprykę, dusić kolejne 15-20min aż sos zbrązowieje od cebuli. pilnować czy woda nie wyparowuje, ewentualnie podlewać niewielką ilością wody.

Omijając kawałki mięsa, wsypać do sosu czerwoną parykę słodką i pomieszać, aż sos przybierze ciemnej barwy. przydusić jeszcze przez moment, gotowe.

Najlepiej smakuje ze zgniecionymi ziemniaczkami i mizerią lub surówką z kapusty pekińskiej.

Duszona cebula, w połączeniu z przyprawami nadaje złoto-brązowego kolorku sosu. Proszę spróbowac, a na pewno będzie wiadomo o co chodzi ;)

Ja to jeszcze wpierw smaże cebulę na patelni na delikatny brązowy kolor, ale bardzo delikatne i wtedy duszę z bitkami mniam !!!!
