Ciekawy przepis, ale w składnikach zalewy chyba czegoś brakuje. Z wymienionych  składników  zalewy będzie bardzo mało i nie da się w niej zanurzyć 2 kg boczku.     boczku zanurzyć

Przepraszam ,że zapomniałem napisać o rozmieszaniu składników z wodą. Ilość wody zależy od wielkości naczynia
