Ingredients:

Mąka pszenna 270 g

Masło 100 g ( zimne )

Proszek do pieczenia 1 czubata łyżeczka

Sól, 2 szczypty

Śmietana 3 łyżki

Mleko 5 łyżek ( zimne )

Rozmaryn lub Prowansalskie susz. 1/2 łyżeczki

Ser Żółty 60 g ( starty na dużych oczkach )

Pomidory suszone z oleju 4 sztuki ( pokrojone w kostkę )

Żółtko 1 sztuka, Białko 1 sztuka

Prepare instructions:

Fajowskie, kruche bułeczki na drugie śniadanko. Doskonałe do przełożenia twarożkiem czosnkowym lub pastą z kurczaka, oraz samodzielne do gorącego kubka :) Polecam!

Z mąki, masła, mleka, żółtka, śmietany, soli, proszku i ziół, zrobić nożem na stolnicy lub w robocie ( też nożem ) ciasto kruche. Przełożyć je do miski i już rękoma wmasować w nie pomidory i ser. Ciasto rozpłaszczyć w okrąg na ok 2,5 cm grubości i w takiej pozycji schłodzić, najlepiej w zamrażalniku ok 10 min. W tym czasie rozgrzać piekarnik do 190 st. (termoobieg) Po schłodzeniu, ciasto pokroić na trójkąty. Rozłożyć na blasze wyłożonej papierem. Smarujemy rozbełtanym białkiem i pieczemy 20 min. Studzimy na kratce.
