3 szkl. mąki

0,75 szk. wody letniej

20g drożdży

1,5 łyżeczki cukru

1 łyżeczka soli

1 jajko

2 łyżki margaryny

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie

Wszystkie składniki wymieszać ze sobą, od połączenia wybrabiacć jeszcze 5 min.

Odstawić na 10min, po tym czasie znów wyrobić 5min.

Odstawić do wyrosnięcia na ok.1 godzinę.

Po wyrosnięciu ciasto podzielić na 12 częście.

Uformować lekko podłużną kulę, położyć na blaszkę i nożyczkami zrobić po 2 nacięcia w miejscu gdzie powinny być uszy. Przykryć i odstawić do wyrośnięcia na ok.45min.

Piec w nagrzanym piekarniku 225 stopni - 15-17min aż do zrumienienia

Przepis pochodzi z interentu.

zrobiliśmy takie zajączki ale po upieczeniu już nie maja kształtu zajączków:(

U mnie też klapa, wyrosły w piekarniku na kulki z różkami. myślę, ze to ciasto powinno być kruche... może wtedy utrzyma kaształt.

po upieczniu wyszły mi nie wiele większe niż na zdjęciu, niektóre są może mało podobne do królika ale synek pomagał mi formować i dlatego. Ale w smaku są dobre.
