Czy tej mąki to ni ejest za dużo? Wyrabiałam ręcznie ale ciasto ani troche nie stało mi się luźne i po I fazie miam zbitą kulę ciasta. Niby ma teraz rosnąc ale nie wróżę mu zbyt dobrze :-/. Czy coś zrobiłam nie tak?

Obawiam się, że w trakcie przygotowania ciasta musiało się niechcący pokiełbasić, albo mąka była złej jakości, ponieważ piekłam te bułeczki kilka razy i za każdym razem wychodziły identycznie - puszyste i miękkie. Surowe ciasto na pewno nie było zbitą kulą trudną do wyrobienia.
