Serek ricotta i jajka ubić mikserem na gładką masę. Dodać mąkę, proszek do pieczenia, sól, cynamon, cukier i wanilię. Ubić wszystko mikserem.
Do płytkiego garnuszka lub patelni wlać 2 - 3 cm oleju. Rozgrzać. Łyżeczką wykładać na rozgrzany tłuszcz. Smażyć z obu stron jak pączki (w średniej temperaturze, by zdążyły 'dojść' w środku). Przed podaniem posypać cukrem pudrem.
Bardzo grzeczne te ciasteczka, bo przy smazeniu obracaja sie dookola same! :) Ale niestety, juz same sie nie wloza i nie wylowia, wiec swoje trzeba odstac przy kuchence. :( Bardzo rosna, wiec czubate pol lyzeczki na porcje wystarcza w zupelnosci. A, i po jedzeniu zostawiaja posmak proszku do pieczenia, ktorego nie kazdy jest fanem.
