1 head of young white cabbage

Prepare instructions:
Wash sprouts, deprive off material and shred. Pour over boiling water. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until almost tender. Add the sugar and vinegar. Simmer about 5 minutes yet. Cabbage must have definitely sweet and sour taste.
