Chińszczyzna taka prosta od Mężatki

Ingredients:

Mięso ok 70 deko
mieszanka chińska
sos "sweet chili sause" ( z Lidla)
ketchap
sól
pieprz
puszka mała ananasa
oliwa do smażenia
mąka ziemniaczana do zagęszczenia

Podajemy z makaronem ryżowym lub ryżem

Prepare instructions:

Mięso kroimy w paseczki

Następnie smażymy na oliwie do zrumienienia.

Jak już mięso będzie usmażone dodajemy mieszankę chińską
( ja używam zawsze takich jak na załączonych zdjęciach)

Ananasa kroimy w kosteczkę i dodajemy do mieszanki.
Następnie dodajemy sos wedle własnego smaku
( kosztujemy by mie było za ostre)

Całość mieszamy.

Dodajemy ketchap( na oko ja wyciskam z butelki 3 duże ściśnięcia butelki)

Następnie zagęszczamy całość mąką ziemniaczana wymieszaną z wodą.

ewentualnie doprawiamy naszą chińszczyznę do smaku

Podajemy z makaronem ryżowym bądz ryżem.
Ja podałam z makaronem .

Ketchup do chińszczyzny?! To chyba jakieś nieporozumienie.. A gdzie sos sojowy? Curry? Imbir?

Każdy robi rózne dania na swój własny sposób.

Ja robię dokładnie w taki.

Też robię różne takie mieszanki po chińsku. Kombinacji jest wiele. W zależności co kto lubi. Zawsze wychodzą super i smakują rewelacyjnie. Fajny jest ten Twój przepis. Pozdrawiam:)
