Dziękuję za poradę :) Może jeszcze spróbuję. Tak się zastanawiam, może to też wina mąki - dodałam 1,5 mąki pszennej (ale nie jakiejś dobrej, tylko zwykłej, a ponoć mąka ma duże znaczenie...) i 1,5 pszennej pełnoziarnistej z Lubelli. Mąki przesiewałam.
