Ciasteczka czekoladowe, do których nie dodaje się jajek

Ingredients:

- 125g masła
- 5 łyżek cukru pudru
- 170g mąki pszennej
- 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
- 3 łyżki mąki kukurydzianej
- 100g czekolady mlecznej (np. Wedla)

Prepare instructions:

Nawet gdy nie mamy w domu jajek, możemy szybko upiec smaczne i chrupiące ciasteczka:)

- masło utrzeć z cukrem pudrem
- dodać obie mąki i proszek do pieczenia i dalej ucierać
- dodać rozpuszczoną, przestudzoną czekoladę i dalej ucierać
(ja na koniec zagniatałam ciasto ręką)

Formować kulki wielkości orzecha włoskiego i spłaszczać je na kształt ciasteczka.

Na blaszce wyłożonej pergaminem układać ciasteczka - w odstępach (pamiętając, że urosną)

piec 12 min. w 190*C

(Oczywiście można je posypać cukrem pudrem lub polać stopioną czekoladą)

Czy mąkę kukurydzianą można czymś zastąpić bo jej nie używam?

Czasem mąka kukurydziana się przydaje (jest w małych opakowaniach). Nie próbowałam robić tych ciasteczek bez dodatku mąki kukurydzianej, ale wydaje mi się, że możesz ją pominąć i dodać zwykłą mąkę.
