Ingredients:

1 op. sucharków
2 kremy czekoladowe
6 serkow homogenizowanych
1 op. platkow migdałowych lub wiórek kokosowych
4 śmietany 30%
6 łyżeczek żelatyny
dowolne owoce
dowolna galaretka

Prepare instructions:

Rozkruszyc suchary i wymieszac z kremem czekoladowym zrobionym wg przepisu na opakowaniu. Wyłożyc na blache. Na to wyłożyc serki homogenizowane wymieszane z 2 łyżeczkami rozpuszczonej żelatyny. Posypac płatkami lub wiórkami. Następnie ubic śmietane z 4 łyżeczkami żelatyny rozpuszczonej w małej ilości wody ( ok. 4 cm w szklance). Wyłożyc śmietane na blache, poukladac owoce i zalac tężejącą galaretką. Ciasto musi dobrze stężec a więc musi stac w lodówce najlepiej 24h. Jest bardzo pyszne i smakuje jak lody. Polecam.

Je kupuje takie mini sucharki pszenne z Biedronki. Mogą byc napewno inne ale mają byc pszenne.

Bardzo niedokładny przepis.
Kremy czekoladowe -jakie?
Serki homogenizowane -wielkość?
Smietana -pojemność?

Witam, po prostu krem czekoladowy, nie muszę pisac nazwy firmy. Jeżeli chodzi o śmietanę i serki to nietrudno sie domyślic że będa to standardowe ok. 200g opakowania skoro piszę o takiej ilości opakowań. Mimo to proszę wypróbowac bo jest to naprawdę pyszne ciasto. Pozdrawiam.
