Ingredients:

Biszkopt z 5 jaj (przepis tutaj >>>)

Na masę makową:

35 dag maku ( mielonego na sucho)

2 szkl mleka

20 dag cukru

1 cukier waniliowy 8g

2 łyżki miodu

3 białka jaja (nieubite)

Na masę orzechową:

25 dag orzechów włoskich (mielonych)

0,5 szkl mleka

20 dag masła

3 dag cukru

Do nasączenia:

alkohol (np. Porterówka - przepis tutaj >>>)

Polewa:

Prepare instructions:

Przepis doskonale sprawdzi się na świąteczny, wielkanocny stół. Może być alternatywą typowego tortu. Polecam wszystkim, którzy lubią bakalie.

Biszkopt przygotować wg przepisu i po ostudzeniu przeciąć na dwie części.

Przygotowanie masy makowej:

Zmielony na sucho mak zalać 2 szklankami gotującego mleka, dodać sypkie produkty i 3 surowe białka. Postawić na gaz i mieszać, do zgęstnienia. Uważać, żeby nie przypalić. Pozostawić do ostudzenia.

Przygotowanie masy orzechowej:

Zmielone orzechy zalać gorącym mlekiem. W misie miksera utrzeć masło i cukier, a następnie po łyżce dodawać przygotowane orzechy.

Wykończenie ciasta:

Pierwszą część biszkoptu nasączyć alkoholem, następnie wyłożyć całą masę makową, całą masą orzechową, przykryć drugą cześcią biszkoptu, nasączyć górę alkoholem. Polać polewą.
