ciasto niebiańska rozkosz smakuje jak lody od ages

Ingredients:

Składniki:
3 paczki herbatników
1 szkl. mąki krupczatki
niepełna szkl. cukru
cukier wanilinowy
4 żółtka
1 margaryna
duża paczka krakersów (dla pewności lepiej mieć tak 1,5 bo w zależności od blaszki różnie się mieści)
1 puszka mleka skondensowanego (wcześniej ugotowanego w wodzie ok3h)
0,5l śmietany 30%
czekolada mleczna do starkowania

Prepare instructions:

Odlać 1,5 szkl. mleka, dodać do niej mąkę, żółtka. Resztę mleka zagotować z cukrem i cukrem wanil. Wlać rozrobione mleko z mąką i żółtkami, gdy masa zacznie gęstnieć dodać pokrojoną margarynę, mieszać do uzyskania jednolitej masy.
Gotową, gorącą masę wylać na ułożone na blaszce herbatniki, na masę wyłożyć warstwę krakersów.
Na krakersy wylać masę toffi z mleka skondensowanego słodz. na toffi wyłożyć kolejną porcję krakersów, na krakersy wyłożyć ubitą śmietanę, na śmietanę można potarkować czekoladę.

i generalnie można nieco więcej krupczatki dodać o ile się chce mieć taki bardziej zwięzły krem ;)
