Ciasto wiśniowe na oleju Marty

Very easy

Ingredients:

Składniki na małą brytwankę: ( 24 x 29 )

2 szklanki mąki pszennej
1 szklanka mleka
1 szklanka cukru
1 szklanka oleju
2 żółtka
1 proszek do pieczenia 15g
2 łyżki kakao
owoce dowolne np. wiśnie, truskawki)
ja dałam wiśnie które miałam w zamrażalce

1 krem gellwe tiramisu w torebce
posypka

Prepare instructions:

Ja upiekłam to ciasto w dużej brytwance ( 33 x 25 ) więc dałam podwójne porcje.
Wszystkie składniki dokładnie wymieszać . Ubić pianę z 2 białek i dodać do ciasta.
Ciasto podzielić na dwie części, do jednej dodać kakao i wymieszać a drugą zostawić białą. Owoce opruszyć mąką pszenną i wymieszać razem z ciastem ( ja rozmroziłam) . Można dodać np. wiśnie z kompotu.
Do formy najpierw wyłożyć ciasto z kakao a następnie białe ciasto.
Piec ok 40 minut w 200 c.

Po upieczeniu wystudzić. Można posypać cukrem pudrem.
Ja przygotować krem tiramisu i posmarowałam wierzch ciasta a następnie opruszyłam posypką.

ciasto na OLEJU myślałam że oliwa a olej to to samo jeśli miało to by być na oliwce napisałabym" oliwka z oliwek"

Mam jeszcze pytanie ,czy te wszystkie składniki można wymieszać mikserem?
