Czosnkowo-ziołowy chleb z grilla

Ingredients:

1 duży bochenek chleb

200 g masła osełkowego

4-5 dużych ząbków czosnku

1 łyżka świeżego tymianku

1 łyżka świeżego majeranku

2 łyżeczki domowej wegety

Prepare instructions:

Obłędnie smaczny i chrupiący chleb nadziany aromatycznym masłem czosnkowo-ziołowym, to jeden z grillowych hitów. Świetny dodatek do grillowanych mięs i ryb oraz do chrupania solo.

Chleb kroimy jak na kanapki, ale nie docinamy do końca. Do miękkiego masła dodajemy przeciśnięty przez praskę czosnek, listki ziół oraz domową wegetę. Ucieramy, aż składniki się połączą. Nacięcia obficie smarujemy masłem. Zawijamy bochen w folię aluminiową i grillujemy ok. 20-30 min. Po 10-15 min na każdej ze stron. Skórka powinna być chrupiąca, a środek miękki. Smacznego!

U mnie na grillu zawsze on znika jako pierwszy :) Dla mnie osobiście reszta dań może nie istnieć...Uwielbiam :)

Ja daje masło,czosnek i potarty na drobno żółty ser-pycha

Pyszny chlebek. U mnie też chlebek znika w pierwszej kolejności ;) Przepis trochę modyfikuję, rezygnuję z wegety, za to dodaję granulowany czosnek ;)
