Ingredients:

1 galaretka o smaku Pink Margerita (lub inna na 375 ml wody)
25 dag serka mascarpone
12 jeżyn do dekoracji
4 gałązki mięty

Prepare instructions:

Galaretkę rozpuściłam w 250 ml gorącej wody i dokładnie rozmieszałam.Gdy przestygła dodawałam po łyżce serek i energicznie mieszałam. Mikserem ubijałam przez ok.2 minuty na wysokich obrotach, aż powstałą lekka pianka. Wylałam masę do salaterek i wstawiłam do lodówki do stężenia. Przed podaniem przybrałam jeżynami i miętą. Deser jest bardzo szybki w przygotowaniu.Jest w sam raz-nie za słodki i bardzo lekki w konsystencji. Galaretka Pink Margerita nadaje mu ciekawy smak.

a gdzie moge dostac taka galaretke jeszcze nie spotkalam w sklepach??

Ja kupowałam w Intermarche. Były też inne ciekawe smaki galaretek tropikalnych Pina Colada, Blue Curacao i Mojito. Zrobiłam dla dzieci kolorową tęczę.

Nie jest to lekko deser. Zrobiłam ściśle według przepisu tj 1 galaretka i jeden serek mascarpone. Niestety po stężeniu zrobiło się to strasznie zbite, ciężkie i takie jakieś bez smaku. Nie wiem, czy ponownie zrobię ten deser.

Przyznam Kokosanko83,że mnie zaskoczyłaś.Mój deser nie był zbity.Może zbyt krótko miksowałaś galaretkę z serkiem.Moja ubiła się na piankę i galaretka po stężeniu ją utrwaliła,ale nie była twarda ani zbita.
