Domowy cukier waniliowy

Ingredients:

200 g drobnego cukru

1 duża (17-18 cm) laska wanilii

Prepare instructions:

Domowy cukier waniliowy ma niepowtarzalny smak i aromat. W przeciwieństwie do tego sklepowego (z dodatkiem chemicznej waniliny) jest naturalny i świetnie nadaje się do słodkich wypieków czy deserów.

Laskę wanilii przeciąć wzdłuż na pół. Wyskrobać miąższ i dodać go do cukru. Wymieszać, aż do połączenia się czarnych ziarenek z cukrem. Puste strąki pociąć na kawałki i również włożyć do cukru. Zakręcić słoik i wstrząsnąć. Smacznego!

Rady:
* Jeśli użyjecie trochę cukru waniliowego, możecie uzupełnić go nowym. Wystarczy dobrze wymieszać zawartość słoika i odczekać 1-2 dni.
* Jeśli użyjecie do dania czy deseru samego miąższu wanilii pusty strąk możecie dołożyć do cukru, celem wzmocnienia aromatu.
* Domowy cukier waniliowy możecie używać nie tylko do aromatyzowania ciast i deserów, ale także do kawy i napojów lub posypywania nim gotowych dań.

Warto! Nie tylko ze względu, że jest zdrowszy od tego kupnego, ale jest też diametralna różnica w aromacie. Wypieki z jego dodatkiem naprawdę pachną wspaniale.
