Ingredients:

100g mąki tortowej

65g brązowego cukru

3/4 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

1/2 łyżeczki sody

1/4 łyżeczki soli

1 jajko

150g serka homogenizowanego waniliowego np.Danio

2 łyżki oleju

1 łyżeczka ekstraktu z wanilii (ew. kilka kropli olejku waniliowego)

Prepare instructions:

W jednej misce połączyć jajko, serek, wanilię i olej. W drugiej misce wymieszać wszystkie suche składniki. Do suchych wlać mokre i wymieszać widelcem do połączenia składników. Przełożyć do rękawa cukierniczego lub do woreczka i odciąć róg. Wypełniać wysmarowane foremki do połowy, bo ładnie rosną. Piec w nagrzanym piekarniku do 190st. ok. 10-12 min. Po wyjęciu z pieca gorące posypać cukrem.

Można upiec w foremkach do muffinek.

Nie są to prawdziwe Donaty smażone, trochę w smaku jako połączenie muffinek i Donatów. Szybko się je robi, są pyszne więc radzę zrobić od razu z podwójnej porcji.

Przepis na 6 sztuk.

Coś dla mnie, mam nawet takie foremki, silikonowe - upiekę z tego przepisu i parę z ciasta pączkowego. Mam pomysł by podać je w papilotkach a środek zalać masą lub konfiturą tongue
