Ale numer,właśnie przed chwilą taki dżem zrobiłam, składniki "na oko",ale mniej więcej takie proporcje,że jabłek o połowę mniej,zamiast kwasku dałam sok z cytryny, cukier-do smaku, a na koniec 2 galaretki cytrynowe, właśnie stygną,zapach nieziemski. Dżemik na zimę jak znalazł do naleśników czy gofrów....mniam
