1 kg filetow drobiowych 30 dkg pieczarek 1 szklanka piwa ( najlepsze Porter , ale moze byc inne)

Prepare instructions:

Filety obsmazyc na tluszczu , przelozyc do brytfanki , dodac pokfojone w paski pieczarki , doprawic przyprawami , (pieprz ,papryka slodka, wegeta) , mieso polac szklanka piwa i gotowac do miekkosci na malym ogniu.

to naprawdę jest smaczne fajnie że masz ochote spróbować tej potrawy bardzo często ją robie na kolacyjki dla przyjaciół

Z jakimi dodatkami najlepiej to danie serwowac ??

Bardzo pyszne danko, podałam z brązowym ryżem i brokułami z czosnkiem , oliwą i octem balsamicznym.
Polecam, miałam 0,5 kg filetów z indyka, pieczarek i piwa dałam tyle co w przepisie.
