Uzylam filetow sledziowych a`la maties,ale rowniez mozna uzyc sledzie,wtedy trzeba sciagnac czarna skorke i tak otrzymamy filet.A co do cukru to w smaku sledziki sa slodko-kwasne,ale oczywiscie mozesz uzyc mniej cukru,ja probowalam zalewe,bo sledziki takie jadlam u sasiadki i ona dala 16 lyzek cukru,byly smaczne,ale jak dla mnie za slodkie,zrobilam po swojemu i uzylam polowe ilosci cukru,ale mozesz zaeksperymentowac z mniejsza iloscia.Pozdrawiam.
