Produkty:
1 kg kalmarów (tuby)
1 duża cebula
40 dag włoszczyzny
10 dag grzybów suszonych lub 15 dag pieczarek
2 kopiaste łyżki masła lub margaryny
papryka
sól
pieprz
majeranek
natka pietruszki
2 kopiaste łyżki mąki
2 kostki bulionowe Winiary
1 - 1,5l wody
2/3 szklanki śmietany
2 łyżki przecieru pomidorowego

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie:
Tuby umyć, wrzucić do wrzącej wody z majerankiem. Gotować 22 minuty (nie dłużej bo będą twarde). Wodę odlać, kalmary wystudzić, dokładnie oczyścić i pokroić w paseczki. Warzywa obrać umyć i pokroić na cienkie paseczki lub zetrzeć na grubych oczkach na tarce. Poddusić na maśle wraz z grzybami. Przygotować bulion. Cebulę podsmażyć i dodać do bulionu. Dodać jarzyny, przecier i kalmary. Gotować na małym ogniu. Z mąki i masła zrobić zasmażkę. Rozprowadzić ze śmietaną i przyprawami, dodać do flaczków. Posypać zieloną pietruszką. Danie powinno być dość ostre.

Za "byłego ustroju"w restauracjach niektórych można było zjeść takie flaczki, pyszne były. Dziekuję za przypomnienie, nie omieszkam zrobić wg Twojego przepisu. Zobaczę wsród swoich notatek starych gazet, wiem że mam też przepis i wg tamtego dawno temu robiłem.
