Gotowałam w ten sam sposób ale najpierw golonki leżały w ziołach + ocet balsamiko miód i sos sojowy.Opłukalam z marynaty i dalej postępowałam jak w przepisie dodałam jeszcze owoc jałowca.Polecam bo golonki naprawdę dobre'

Golonka w czasie gotowania tak przeszła przyprawami że wcale nie musi leżec wcześniej w marynacie.:)

Mam jeszcze w swoich przepisach golonkę z miodem zapiekaną:) też bardzo dobra, ale ta wyszła przepyszna.
