Ingredients:

Kilka kromek chleba (może być zwykły, tostowy)
2-3 jajka
300 ml mleka
szczypta soli
miód do polania
olej

Wersja na ostro:
+ pieprz, przyprawa Kamis "viva Italia", keczup

Prepare instructions:

Rozbijamy jajka, dodajemy mleko, szczytpę soli, całość lekko ubić. Kromki chleba maczamy w jajku i smażymy na rumiano na patelni. Podajemy zaraz po usmażeniu polane miodem.

Wersja na ostro:
Do mleka i jaj dodajemy sól, pieprz i odrobinę przyprawy Kamis.
Po usmażeniu polewamy keczupem.

Smacznego.

Zapomniałam dodać, że ta przyprawa Kamis to "Pasta alla marinara". Jest w niej czosnek i rozmaryn, bardzo dobrze smakują grzanki z tą przyprawą.
