Oj tak, ja też lubię wersję niezbyt kwaśną. Jeśli jest za dużo octu, w ogóle nie czuję smaku grzybów :)

moja mama ma taki staaaaary zeszyt z przepisamy jeszcze swojej mamy a mojej babci:) muszę w nim poszperać ...pewno kryje cuda:) takie jak ta zalewa do grzybów...pozdrawiam Wkn:)

Nie musisz polecać, w bardzo podobny sposób robię i grzyby i buraczki. Właśnie wklepywałam przepis na buraczki konserwowe w całości :)

O widzisz, to muszę spróbować tych buraczków, bo nigdy w całości ich nie robiłam.
