Jajka z pysznym nadzieniem

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

5 jajek na twardo
20 dkg pieczarek
natka pietruszki
sól, pieprz
olej do smażenia
majonez i gałązki natki pietruszki do dekoracji

Prepare instructions:

Pieczarki zetrzeć na tarce o dużych oczkach i smażyć do miękkości na oleju. Ostudzić.
Jajka obrać ze skorupek, przekroić na pół i wyjąć żółtka do osobnej miseczki. Do żółtek wrzucić ostudzone pieczarki, posiekaną natkę pietruszki, sól i pieprz i masę wyrobić dokładnie widelcem.
Połówki jajek nadziewać farszem za pomocą małej łyżeczki. Na każdej połówce nadziewanego jajka położyć kleks majonezu i gałązkę natki pietruszki. Można jeszcze dodatkowo posypać grubo zmielonym pieprzem.

Jajeczka są pyszne, wszyscy goście zawsze się nimi zajadają. Doskonałe na Wielkanoc i nie tylko :)))

Zrobiłam te jajka na wielkanocne śniadanie i polecam ten przepis: robi się je bardzo szybko (pieczarki można podsmażyć wcześniej) a naprawdę są pyszne!!!

u mnie też zawsze goszczą na wielkanocnym stole, ale nie tylko ;)
