Jajko sadzone w grzance

Ingredients:

Jajko
Kromka kilkudniowego chleba
masło
sól, pieprz

szczypiorek do dekoracji

Prepare instructions:

Z chleba wyciągamy miąsz i dajemy ptaszkom na pożarcie.
Zostawiamy samą skórkę, ale ważne aby została w całości. Trzeba uważać żęby się nie przerwała.
Na patelnię kładziemy odrobinę masła i podsmażamy.
Na rozgrzane masło kładziemy skórkę od chleba.
W miejsce gdzie znajdował się "miąższ" wbijamy jajko.
Solimy i pieprzymy.
Smażymy przez chwilę z obu stron.

Można podawać ze świerzym szczypiorkiem.

Przepis przydatny, kiedy w domu nie ma świerzego chleba, a do sklepu jest tego dnia wyjątkowo daleko.

Ja wycinam tylko szklanka krazek zostawiajac cos wiecej niz tylko skorke. Krazki kroje w drobna kostke i zasmazam z cebula, pozniej wrzucam w dodatkowe roztrzepane jajko, zostawiam zeby dobrze nasaczyly sie jajkiem i jeszcze raz wrzucam kostki na patelnie. Na koncu na zasmazony chleb z jajkiem klade pokrojonego w kostke pomidora i posypuje jajecznymi kostkami :) mniami
