Ingredients:

frytki mrożone
filet z kurczaka
ser żółty tarty
sałata
pomidory
ogórki kiszone lub konserwowe
czerwona cebula
przyprawa gyros, sól
sos czosnkowy (3 łyżki majonezu, 3 łyżki śmietany 18%, 4-5 ząbków czosnku)

Prepare instructions:

Frytki przygotowujemy według przepisu na opakowaniu i solimy. Mięso kroimy w paseczki i doprawiamy gyrosem. Podsmażamy. W naczyniu żaroodpornym układamy frytki, na to kładziemy mięso i wysypujemy ser. Pieczemy w piekarniku do rozpuszczenia sera. Na podpieczoną całość wykładamy porwane liście sałaty, pokrojone pomidory i ogórki oraz piórka cebuli. Wszystko polewamy sosem.

Czytając składniki, to może być naprawdę smaczne i na pewno kiedyś tak zrobię właśnie z frytkami. Ale s k ą d ta nazwa " Kapsalon " ?

Onlyred - sam przepis zachowałam, ale uśmiechnęłam się do jego nazwy
- bo we wtorek byłam w " Kapsalonie " zrobić sobie nową fryzurkę...
