Tak przyrządzoną karkówkę piekę normalnie w tłuszczu z cebulą. gdy jest usmażona podlewam wodą i duszę do miękkości. Gdy jest miękka robię sos, doprawiam do smaku solą i pieprzem. Pyszne !!!

Pyszna! Myślałam, że zostanie na kolejny obiad, ale syn sukcesywnie podjada mięso z lodówki :-).

Haa robię podobnie jak moja droga koleżanka bytomianka , pod koniec do sosu dodaję parę sztuk śliwek i moreli suszonej , po zblenderowaniu sos jak ... marzenie :))
