Ingredients:

Ciasto:

Składniki:

1/2 kostki margaryny

1 szklanka wody

1 szklanka maki

1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

5 jaj

Krem:

Składniki:

1/2 litra mleka

1/2 szklanki cukru

cukier waniliowy

2 łyżki mąki pszennej

2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej lub budyń waniliowy

kostka margaryny

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:

Rozpuścić margarynę w wodzie i zagotować. Wsypać mąkę, mieszać aż zgęstnieje i powstanie jedna kula. Po wystudzeniu dodawać stopniowo jajka oraz proszek do pieczenia. Mieszam łyżką, wklepując jak najwięcej powietrza. Blachę smaruję margaryną, piekę na dużej blaszce jeden placek w tem. 180 C przez około 35 min. Nie otwierać piekarnika aż do wystudzenia.

Krem:

1 i 1/2 szkl. mleka zagotować z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym , w pozostałej części mleka rozprowadzić mąki. Wlewać wolnym strumieniem do mleka aż powstanie gładki budyń. Ostudzić. Utrzeć margarynę i stopniowo dodając budyń.

Ciasto przekroić na pół przekładając masą.

W przepisie jest 1/2 litra mleka, a w wykonaniu 3szkl.mleka a w reszcie rozprowadzić mąki. Zawsze myślałam,że 1/2 litra to 2 szkl. A gdzie reszta tego mleka? i ile łącznie?

karpatka 1 klasa!!!pycha tylko mase zrobilam po swojemu dalaam 1 budyn waniliowy i 1 lyzke maki ziemniaczanej a cukru 2 lyzki+ cukier wanilinowy:)

Karpatka przeszła moje oczekiwania , robiłam pierwszy raz i wyszły takie góry , że hej!! . Jest pyszna.
