Czy do tego ketchupu nie trzeba octu?,wystarczą kwaśne jebłka?

Jodzia cieszę się ,że zainteresował Cię mój przepis. Nie dodaję wogóle octu. Jest smaczny i naturalnie zakwaszony. Pozdrawiam !

Ketchup rewelacyjny, przyprawy super dobrane,szczególnie gałka muszkat., której zapach uwielbiam!!!  Zrobiłam 1 porcję,odłożyłam słoiczek na weekendowe gołąbki....zaczęli mi podjadać :) Jutro jestem zmuszona robić kolejną porcję,pomidory naszykowane!!! dzięki za przepis!
