Robiłam według przepisu ale ciasto strasznie kleiło się do rąk a kluchy wyszły "gumowe", co zrobiłam źle?

wiec spruju zamiast jajka dodac odrobine wody,  moja mama mowi ze to moze zależec od ziemniaków ale mnie zawsze wychodzą dobre

a może lepiej ugotować ziemniaki dzień wcześniej-ja tak robie, wtedy się zwiążą i na pewno wyjdą a u nas w regionie robi się dziurkę na środku kluski i wtedy sosik w nich zostaje, pycha. Aha i jeszcze ciasto nie powinno zbyt długo stać po wyrobieniu bo właśnie zaczyna wtedy robić się papkowate.
