Zapomniałam dopisać, że ciasto może być też pieczone w formie 30x45 cm, z jednej strony otwartej - tak jest zalecane w oryginalnym przepisie.

Dziękuję Ci Boro za miłe słowa. Bardzo się cieszę, że wszystko wyszło tak jak należy i znalazłaś w tym przepisie smak swego wymarzonego kołacza. Będę musiała zrobic ten kołacz z serem, a Tobie polecam kołacz z dobrym powidłem śliwkowym, którym posmarowałam ciasto z własnej inwencji ( w oryginale tego powidła nie ma ) i wyszło coś dobrego w smaku.Pozdrawiam...:)))
