Kotleciki z kurczaka w serowej panierce

Ingredients:

Składniki (dla 2 osób):

podwójna pierś z kurczaka
2 łyżki mleka
2 łyżki ostrej musztardy
100g tartego żółtego sera (np.: chuda gouda)
3-4 łyżki mąki
1 dymka drobno posiekana (cała)
1 łyżeczka Vegety
sól i pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Piekarnik rozgrzej do 200C. Musztardę wymieszaj w miseczce z mlekiem. W drugiej miseczce wymieszaj tarty ser z mąką i dymką. Pierś z kurczaka pokrój na fileciki i lekko rozbij. Oprósz Vegetą, solą i pieprzem. Filety starannie obtocz w musztardzie z mlekiem. Następnie panieruj w mieszance z tartym serem, zrób to dokładnie, tak aby filety były pokryte z każdej strony. Kawałki mięsa ułóż na blaszce do pieczenia, wyłożonej folią aluminiową. Pokryj mięso resztą serowo-musztardowej panierki. piecz 30 minut na złocisty kolor. Podawaj z ziemniakami i świeżymi warzywami. Smacznego!

Wyszły całkiem smaczne, tylko troszkę jak dla mnie za suche i jak były gorące to dosyć ciężko odrywaly sie od folii. W trakcie przygotowywania zorientowałam się, że nie mam dymki i szkoda, bo pewnie podkresliła by smak kotletów. Ogólnie ok, mężowi smakowało:)
