Kotleciki ziemniaczane z nadzieniem

Ingredients:

70dag ugotowanych ziemniaków 3 jaja 3/4 szk mąki pieprz, sól bułka do obtaczania olej do smażenia Nadzienie: 30dag gotowanego mielonego mięsa 15dag pieczarek 1 duża cebula 3 łyżki maki olej do smażenia pieprz, sól

Prepare instructions:

Gorące ugotowane ziemniaki przepuścić przez praskę.Gdy ostygną ,połączyć je z pozostałymi składnikami ciasta i zagnieść.Przygotować nadzienie:pieczarki umyć, osączyć i drobno posiekać, obsmażyć na oleju, przełożyć do miski z mięsem.Na tym samym oleju obsmażyć drobno posiekaną cebulę, wsypać mąkę i rozprowadzić ją taką ilością wody,aby utworzył się zawiesisty sos.Doprowadzić do smaku, wlać do mięsa i pieczarek,dokładnie wymieszać.Nadzienie powinno mieć konsystencję surowego pasztetu. Urywać spore kawałki ciasta, formować w ręku krążki,wkładać nadzienie, zlepiać jak knedle i spłaszczać.Obtoczyć kotleciki w bułce i usmażyć na oleju na złoty kolor.Do polania podawać gęstą śmietanę.
