4-5 szt. sredniej wielkosci ziemniakow

1 male opakowanie smietany 15 %

1 szkl. startego sera zoltego

Oliwa z oliwek ( lub 3 lyzki rozuszczonego masla)

sol

pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obieramy myjemy i kroimy w sredniej grubosci plastry.

Naczynie zaroodporne lub blache smarujemy oliwa z oliwek lub rozpuszczonym maslem , po czym ukladamy ziemniaki

Do smietany dodajemy sol oraz 3 lyzki oliwy z oliwek ( lub rozpuszczonego masla) calosc mieszamy i tak przygotowanym sosem polewamy ziemniaki.

Piecemy w 200 C do momentu az ziemnaki zaczna mieknac i kiedy beda juz lekko miekie posypujemy jes serem zoltym.

Calosc zapiekamy.

Tak przygotwane ziemniaki beda idealnym dodakiem do rozego rodzaju mies

zarowno miesa czerwonego czy drobiu ale rowniez jako przekaska!

Rozumiem że oliwy mają być 4 łyżki a masła 3 łyżki a nie litry? Bo tak to wygląda.
